Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Slippery Salmon Events and Hire.
These terms and conditions govern the hire of equipment/services/sales from our company.
By placing a Hire order/Service order/Purchase order, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms.

Definitions
​
1.1: The "Client" means the person(s), organization or company booking the equipment, sevice, purchase with the "Company".
1.2: The "Company" means Slippery Salmon Events & Hire".
1.3: "Unmanned" Hire is the hire of equipment or service for the "Client" to operate and supervise themselves.
1.4: "Manned" Hire is the hire of equipment accompanied by a representative from the "Company" to supervise use of the booked equipment.
1.5: "Filling" References the items used to fill the machine during hire.
Bookings

2.1: All equipment remains the property of the company at all times.
2.2: By placing an order or booking with the company either verbally or via email or any other means of communication it is deemed that the customer has read, understood and fully agreed to and is bound by all of our terms and conditions.
2.3: In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing the company from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any tender paid in relation to contracted event, or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.
Prices, Deposit & Balance payments

3.1: All hires are subject to a deposit of at least 25% (Deposits are non refundable.
